Tom Undine, LCSW

Tom graduated from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a licensed clinical social worker and founder of Undine and Associates. He is experienced individual and group psychotherapy and has a speciality in issues relating to emerging adulthood. He helps people become adults.
Well-versed in traditional methods of psychotherapy, Tom’s approach draws from Self-Psychology, Object Relations, as well as the wisdom and teachings of Jungian and Depth Psychology. His approach is very directive and creates substantive change with those he works with.
Tom has been found to particularly helpful with people who have been through therapy but have not seen improvement.
He has over nine years clinical experience working with individuals and groups in a variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, and schools. Currently, he provides group and individual psychotherapy at his offices in Chicago, IL.
